Terms of Service

Last updated: 20 August 2026  ·  Effective date: 20 August 2026

These terms govern the use of snanipro. By using the Service, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

snanipro (the "Service") is a self-hosted software tool that lets its operator connect TikTok accounts that he owns, queue short videos, and publish them on a schedule.

The Service is operated privately by an individual based in France (the "Operator", "we"). It is not a commercial offering: there is no public sign-up, no paid plan, and no third-party user base. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok or ByteDance.

2. Eligibility

The Service may only be used by a person aged 18 or over who owns, or is duly authorised to manage, the TikTok accounts connected to it.

3. Access and authorisation

Connecting a TikTok account requires authorisation through the official TikTok OAuth flow. The Service never asks for, sees or stores a TikTok password. Access can be revoked at any time from the TikTok security settings or by disconnecting the account inside the Service, and revocation takes effect immediately.

You are responsible for keeping access to your own server and accounts secure, and for any activity carried out through them.

4. Acceptable use

The Service must not be used to publish or distribute content that:

You must not attempt to circumvent rate limits, technical restrictions or review processes, nor use the Service to publish on behalf of an account you do not own or are not authorised to manage.

5. Obligations towards TikTok

Use of the Service is additionally subject to the TikTok terms, including the TikTok Terms of Service, the Community Guidelines and the TikTok Developer Terms of Service. Where these terms conflict with the TikTok terms in respect of TikTok, the TikTok terms prevail.

Data obtained from the TikTok API is used solely for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy, is not sold or transferred to third parties, and is deleted when access is revoked.

6. Content ownership

All content created and published through the Service remains the property of its author. We claim no ownership over it and acquire no licence to it beyond what is strictly necessary to store and transmit it in order to carry out a requested publication.

You are solely responsible for holding the rights to everything you publish, including music, footage, images and trademarks appearing in it.

7. Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

Availability may be interrupted for maintenance, technical failure, or because TikTok changes or restricts its API. We do not guarantee that a publication will succeed, that it will be delivered at a given time, or that TikTok will keep it online.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, nor for loss of data, loss of reach, loss of revenue, account suspension or account termination, arising from the use of or inability to use the Service.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Consumers retain all mandatory rights granted by the law of their country of residence.

9. Indemnity

You agree to hold the Operator harmless from any claim brought by a third party arising from content you published through the Service or from your breach of these terms.

10. Suspension and termination

The Operator may suspend or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time. You may stop using it at any time by disconnecting the connected accounts, which deletes the associated tokens. Sections 6, 8, 9 and 12 survive termination.

11. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated to reflect changes in the Service or in applicable law. The date at the top of this page always shows the current version. Continuing to use the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts, without prejudice to the mandatory protections available to consumers under the law of their country of residence.
